WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For all hires local to Melbourne, pickup is available approximately 2 days before the event, subject to the availability of the garment. For hires via postage, HDSrentals will ship the garment so it arrives approximately 2 business days before your event. If you require special arrangements please notify us via Instagram.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
HDSrentals takes payment in both bank transfers and cash
DO YOU SHIP INTERSTATE?
Yes, express postage is available Australia wide upon request. Postage is an additional cost and will be made clear to you prior to payment. Depending on the weight of the dress, express shipping starts at $30 for the total trip there and back. Please notify HDSretnals if you require shipping.
DO YOU OFFER PICK-UP?
Yes, Styled By Mim does offer a Pick-up service from our Hawthorn location! To arrange a pick-up date and time for your desired rental, please DM us via Instagram!
IS THERE A TRY ON FEE?
yes, try ons are conducted Monday to Wednesday (other days might be available on request) with a $20 try on fee that goes towards hire price if you decide to hire the garment
